Jack Kwicien, CLU, ChFC, Registered Investment Advisor
Mr. Kwicien is Managing Partner of Daymark Advisors, a position he has held since co-founding the firm in 2001. He has over 30 years of executive management and entrepreneurial experience with specialization in strategic business development, negotiating strategic alliances, financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kwicien is a recognized industry speaker and has significant experience in insurance, benefits, financial services and workforce management market sectors.
Mr. Kwicien co-founded Daymark Advisors LLC, a Baltimore-based consulting and advisory services firm in 2001. Exclusively serving the insurance, benefits, financial services and workforce management market sectors, Daymark Advisors provides strategic consultancy on a retained basis and is a merger and acquisition intermediary with clients on both the buy and sell side. He is also the co-developer of the SMART Benefits Strategic Planning Toolkit.
He previously founded RewardsPlus (subsequently rebranded as RealLife HR); a national employee benefits company that leveraged Internet technology and worksite-marketing strategies to deliver customized core and voluntary benefits solutions to employers and employees. He led RewardsPlus as President and CEO until he successfully exited the company in 1999. In 2007, Hewitt Associates purchased that company.
Mr. Kwicien also was the co-founder of a private equity fund that invested in early stage technology companies.

Susanne M. Radek
Ms. Radek is a founding Partner of Daymark Advisors, LLC a Baltimore, MD-based merger /acquisition and consulting practice serving the insurance and benefits industries.
She has over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing communications and interactive marketing as well as financial advisory services including equity capital raising and buy and sell side M&A engagements.
Ms. Radek is a co-founder and co-developer of SMART practice enabling solutions for insurance professionals.
In prior assignments, she was Vice President of Marketing for Incube8, an early stage venture firm where she focused on equity capital raising and seed stage investments. She also held the positions of Senior Project Manager for Gr8, an Adweek Top 100 Interactive Agency; and Marketing Manager for RewardsPlus (Real Life HR – now part of AonHewitt). She began her career with Zurich Insurance Group as a producer and underwriter.
